Is it really as bad as people say it is? Can any of you share your experiences?

I placed an order for a Lenovo Ideapad Y560 on 6/2/10.
It says the estimated shipping date is 6/18/10.

I would like to cancel my order and get an HP dv6tse instead...

Is it too late? And if not, will it be hard to do?

Yes, as Erik has stated, I'd just give them a call tomorrow.
I've never had to cancel an order, but I have heard that it takes quite awhile to refund the money into your CC account (something like 1-2 weeks ??).
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
