    Canceling T61 order via email...how?

    Hi,
    Can someone point me in the right direction on how to cancel my T61 order via email? Step by step instructions would be appreciated if possible.

    I dont think they are answering their emails, you will probably want to call them instead.

    I've sent my email and made the phone call.
    The rep answering my phone said she will do that for me, but at that time if there's still a t61 shipping to me, I can just go ahead and return it... they will pay the shipping.

    There's no response of the email though. and the order status is still "in process". I may wait for a couple more days and call them again.
