I just got a new x220 to replace my old (but loved) x200t. I am trying to enable Windows System Protection on my boot partition because I really like using restore points, but for some reason I am unable to. I get an error box about unrecognized drive/partition name. This is under Win 7 Pro x64.

Is this because it conflicts with some custom Lenovo recovery software?

Disable system restore on the drive listed as (missing), then enable it on the OS volume. Worked for me... Be sure to set the max space as something above 0%.

Thanks - for some reason it worked on the third try.
