    Hi

I am trying to boot into Rescue and Recovery on my Thinkpad T61p. However, when I press the ThinkVantage button on boot it just leads me to a screen where I can either: a) enter BIOS, b) select a temporary boot device, or c) boot as usual (into Windows).

I have tried pressing F11 as well, but that just does nothing and leaves it booting into Windows as usual.

I have installed XP and am now wishing to go back to Vista. The partition is still there as I can see it in Disk Management. It does say it is an "Unknown Partition" though.

    Any ideas what's causing this?

    Thanks.

When you enter the RnR pre-boot environment you have an option that allows you to go to the bios.

    Just skim through the interface.
