This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Can't Access My Lenovo Account

    Well I could not seem to remember my password for my Lenovo account so I did the reset password thing. I put in my email and username and it sent a new password to my email. I followed the instructions but the temporary password doesn't work. It just says invalid password / username. I tried on Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer... :(

    Give them a call and have them reset it. I had the same problem their website is kinda wack.
