Any way I could get my hands on a WXGA+ panel and replace it in laptop that has an existing WXGA panel? Would it be really difficult? How much would it cost?

I think that it would be REALLY hard, but I suppose it could be done.

What notebook would this be on? Depending on the interface and panel thickness it COULd work... but chances are it wont.

On a Thinkpad it might take me about 30 minutes on a notebook I have not ripped apart before, and maybe 10-15 minutes on one that I am used to.

I figured since I want a u330 with a wxga+ screen, I'd look into it. That's really the deal breaker for this laptop. Otherwise I think I'm going to have to "settle" for a t400.
