Can two wireless notebooks connect with each other directly? If on has an internet connection, can the other notebook connect to internet? Thanks for the info.

I know they can connect to each other with wifi ad-hoc networking.

If they are both connected to the internet you can easily:

Just type the IP address of the one you want to access in the explorer address bar. If you want to access the C drive you'll need to right click it in my computer (if on Windows XP) and set the sharing and security to share it.

As for internet I don't think so but you may be able to do it wirelessly - not sure about that one. Sorry.

EDIT: If you don't know the addresses you can always use a program like Angry IP Scanner (google it) and scan from 192.168.1.0 to 192.186.1.254 Click on the comptuer you want to access and then go on Open computer --> in explorer. voila....

Yes it is possible for one PC to utilize the internet connection of another PC (ICS = Internet Connection Sharing), by connecting the two via wireless ad hoc.
