Can this be the solution for the Fn|Ctrl keys location switch?

I read a lot of people complaint about the Fn|Ctrl keys location. Someone posted this in the Windows OS and Software section, it's a software called SharpKeys. It hacks the registry to make certain keys on a keyboard act like other keys. I didn't try it since I don't mind the Fn key location, so I'm not sure if this will work, but this free software is for remapping keys, so it might work.

I tried that years ago. Unfortunately, the Fn key is hard-wired and not remappable.
