    Can the X200 be recharged from the Ultrabase?

    Yes, the ultrabase, when plugged into power, will charge the battery in the ThinkPad X200.

    I have a related question. I understand that the ultrabase can also charge a second battery (on the side there is a second battery port).

    My question is, in order to charge both batteries at the same time while using the X200 on the dock, do we need a 90W power supply or the 65W will be enough?

    The tabook states that the ultrabase accepts both the 90W as well as the 65W power adapters.

    I believe it charges one then charges the later...or maybe I just think that because it uses the batteries in a series and not at the same time.

    So I can just stick my X200 with the battery into the Ultrabase and it'll start charging the unit? I don't have to remove the battery at all and connect it to the Ultrabase?

    you can stick your x200 with the battery intact into the ultrabase and it'll charge it. There is also a separate slot for a SECONDARY battery to be charged.
