I'm trying to see what the difference is, I know the WXGA+ has a higher resolution, but I was wondering it it's such a huge difference. My eye vision is not the best

No it's a very little difference, it's only 160 wide and 100 up.

Now if ur talking about a wsxga+ screen, then yes the difference would be quite noticeable. But just going from wxga to wxga+ is not a big deal even with bad eyes.

That's up to you, but I think it's totally worth it to have more screen "real estate." However, these days the WXGA+ T6x's take a lot longer to manufacture.

For $30, I say it's worth it though as noted not a huge gain.

It's not a huge gain, but what pissed me off about WXGA was that I could distinguish every pixel with the naked eye. WXGA+'s higher resolution gives a smoother, higher-quality viewing experience on a 14.1" screen.

If you don't have very sharp vision, I'd get the WXGA. (This is a 14", right?)

For the low cost, and the extra real estate you get, its worth it.

so basically you are saying that you can get the icons to become much smaller with the +? That is the only difference i see in the dell picture

is that the whole "real estate" thing? Thanks I'm new to this

exactly. icons are now smaller, meaning you can fit MORE of them on your screen. Now, you may not want a screen full of icons, but this also means you can see more of the website you're viewing, more of the word document, more "real estate"
