This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    My laptop is a brand new X201i (Core I3 - 2GB RAM, 250GB)

    First Lenovo Updates run smoothly then I get this message today :(

    Try to reinstall Thinkvantage Toolbox but still get this errors message

    This is a reminder that the ThinkPad Update service is full of issues. It's one of the first things I remove on all machines that I don't flatten.

    Have you tried reinstalling system update? I think the toolbox is a program by pc doctor if I'm not mistaken.
