Hi i got u330 touch, amazing laptop BUT fan is on even when im on low temperatures...i think its unnecessery...so my question is can i control it somehow?

SpeedFan utility doesnt help(didnt show up any fans) and lenovo energy managment have only dust cleaning option.
I already tried TPfancontrol...just for try and it didnt work :/

    Thanks.

No you cannot, it is proprietary to Lenovo.

Nope, trust us, we have tried lol.

There is a Lenovo app that comes installed called "dust removal" that makes the fans turn on at 100% for a few seconds then back down, then back up. It has no purpose though and cannot be used to control the fans.

Might be possible under Linux, don't quote me on this, because linux has it's own drivers.

I never do anything on my laptop that pushes the fans that bad, usually my max temps are in the low 80's and i don't need the extra noise since i can handle the heat.
