    It looks like something upsetting Internet Explorer. Do you get the same problem when you are running Firefox?

    You can also look in the Event log (My Computer > Manage) and see if that identifies the problem application.

    Unless it is a screen artifact, it looks like that panel says 'iexplcre.exe' NOT 'iexplore.exe'. I am definitely thinking a virus here. A common technique is to change the name of a common system program so you don't recognize the change easily... Boot into safe mode, and do a virus scan.

    It is not a virus. You guys are not expanding the image, it clearly says AppName: iexplore.exe

    Just to mention . . . there used to be some funky problem with the English YNET site (and IE7)--it was serious enough that I stopped visiting. I noticed maybe a month ago that the problem had disappeared.
