    Hi, I am new here
I own a thinkpad x60s, and it is in warrenty, but few days ago, I droped my x60s, and on the right side, there is a very small crack on the Keyboard bezel now.
so my questions is: can IBM or Lenovo replace a new Keyboard bezel for me, or I have to pay for it. (the unit is in warrenty).
    Thanks.

If you got the accidental then yes, the regular warranty would cover defects in parts or workmanship.

As ZaZ wrote, such damage is not covered by a regular warranty. For a definitive answer you have to contact Lenovo.

Unless you opted for "ThinkPad Protection Service" then it will not be covered under warranty.

    ThinkPlus Services

The default warranty when configuring on Lenovo's website is one year of depot repair. Some preconfigured models come with three years of depot repair. You can upgrade your warranty anytime the warranty is under warranty for a fee of course.

To learn about warranties read the notebook warranty guide on this site. One thing to note is that you can get up to 1 year additional warranty coverage if you pay with your credit card. Read the warranty guide for more information.

The one on my X31 cracked so I called and told them about it. IBM sent me a box to send it in. They fixed it with no questions asked.
