    But there's no different about the description 'DVD Burner Ultrabay Slim Drive SATA'. Anybody actually tried?

    That's one of the pities about notebooks, that they all use their own proprietary parts (sans the HDD, and RAM). :(

    i think the drive has a different front face plate, but it should still work.
