What do you specifically want? Do you want to replace the HD or HD+ screen on your T530 with a FHD screen?

The screen on my T530 is 1366x768 and I want to replace it with Dell's 1920x1080 FHD screen. Thank you!

Why not use the W530 / T530 own FHD screen? I think that would be easier.

The screens are interchangeable if both laptop have FHD cable. So you need to check/ask if 768p t530 come with it. if it doesn't, it shouldn't be troublesome to find one.

Edit: you may get some color hue/tint though, not a problem if you have a calibrator.

Tell me the exact "manufacturer part number" and I can tell you whether that screen may be used with the T530.

As far as "flat cable" is concerned, the same cable/connector combo is used for HD, HD+ and FHD screens on the T530.

That "Dell screen" might have the connector positioned such that you would need a cable extension.

Hmmm. I'm not sure how to find it. Do I need to take my laptop apart?

Not really. Try HWiNFO64 and look under Monitor in the second screen.
