    Hi all,

I have two notebooks, both about one year old. I love the Lenovo, but it's 80 GB HD is completely full. The Toshiba is a piece of expensive crap, but it has a 250 GB HD (I think).

Can I swap the two HDs? If I can, how? (need newbie directions) And how much would it cost? Would it just be better to spend the money on a new Lenovo?

    Thanks!

As long as the connectors are the same I don't see a reason it would not work.

If they are both SATA or both PATA it will be fine.

However, you will most likely need to reinstall the operating system.
