Hey, all. I have an R61 with removable DVD drive. I'm a newbie, so forgive me for all the dumb questions. I often find google searches and even wikipedia to be either ambiguous or contradictory with these sorts of things.

Anyways, the removable disk drive is a great idea and all, but what else can go in there? It'd be great if I could stick another Hdd in there and swap them out as I need them. Can I do that? Thanks.

    :)

A second harddrive or a bay-battery are possible.

You can buy those at Lenovo's, but there are some DYI guides for installing your own hard drive. Unfortunately, you'll need some hard to find Thinkpad spare parts (ebay?).
