Hope topic makes sense, but can I place the 10GB recorvery drive on my secondary harddrive? I will have a SSD as main and would like to not waste the space on that but would still like to have the recorvery drive

I suppose you could but it is designed to be deleted once the recovery disks have been made.
I did a recovery with the disks to my SSD and than deleted the recovery partition which was a one or two click operation and recovered the 10 GB space. -
Its to do a quick recorvery when instead of formatting, I did it on my X201 but that only had one drive

I used the recovery disks to install everything back onto the mSATA SSD I just installed but it created a recovery partition on the SSD identical to the one that was originally on the HDD. Is there any way to delete the recovery partition on the mSATA SSD and expand the freed up space? Seeing as how it's my boot drive now I can't do it from there.

I forget exactly how I did it but try going to My Computer and right clicking on the recovery partition. I may have done it from Disk Management in Control Panel/Admin Services.
But at any rate it was designed to delete. I right clicked on the partition and it had (I recall) a choice to delete partition and recover space. It could have been a 2 step process but I do recall it was ridiculously easy.
Can I place recorvery drive on none primary disc?
