Hey all,
I have a T420, no graphics card, just the intel integrated stuff.
I want to start using autocad but it is a bit slow with just the intel integrated.
Is there anyway for me to purchase a graphics card and install it in my t420 by hand?

^^^ I believe the NVIDIA graphics card is soldered to the T420 system board. If you want the NVIDIA, you must replace the mobo.

Dang
Any chance I could send it in for the upgrade? -
You might explore your eGPU options. Also, this.
Edit to add: Definitely not for the faint of heart. -
I want portability lol. I already have a powerful desktop. It would just be nice to be able to do autocad work around campus back at school instead of having to go back to my apartment. I shouldnt have cheaped out on the t420 lol. Any other ideas?
