    Can I hook my Lenovo Y50 to a 34 Inch Ultra Widescreen monitor?

    Should be able to without a hitch. Those Y50's are powerful machines.

    I don't think the y50 has a display port, but I could be wrong, so you'll have to use the hdmi connector.

    I'm using my Lenovo Y50 hooked to a 22" Monitor now, and I've noticed no problems with performance. It shouldn't be that hard to just swap out the monitor for another one. But yes, I hook it up through the HDMI port.
