I want to buy an A+ grade LP125WH2-SLT1 screen. I can't find anywhere reputable online who will provide this grade and Lenovo use this screen in one of their recent laptops (I want it for my x230).

Is it possible to buy this exact model screen from Lenovo? I don't want a compatible, this very model please.

Otherwise, where else could I get one of these screens from?

Perhaps, but if you do it'll likely be very expensive. Have you looked on eBay?

Not from Lenovo, as Lenovo never used this panel in the X220/X230. X240 and up use different panels (with eDP connector instead of single channel LVDS). They only used LP125WH2-SLB1 and -SLB3, in my country (NL) you can order them from IBM directly but they are very expensive (EUR 331 ~ $ 370). You'll have to find a seller which sells an original SLT1. Avoid Chinese sellers, they will have the genuine panels but most of the sellers don't have Grade A panels, so the risk of getting a panel with white spots and ghosting is very high.
