Currently I am in Canada not working for Lenovo, but I still have many friends working for Lenovo in China.
Is it possible that I use my friend's EPP credential to buy a Thinkpad?

    Thanks

It'd be legal for you. I'm more concerned of how you'd be ordering it though. Would a Chinese EPP serial number work on the Canadian website?

Although it's not illegal, it's not really "kosher" for lskeys unless your friend feels like making many new buddies.
If that's the case, I'm a nice friendly guy thinking of getting a T61 too ^_^.

I had a really good pal once. His name was Meyer, but the T61P wasn't out at that time. I'm guessing he doesn't want to be friends anymore and provide his new number.
