Can I add a Bluetooth module to an X220 I already have? Does anyone know the part number?

Yes, you can. See the Hardware Maintenance Manual here. The FRU # of the Bluetooth Daughter Card is 60Y3275.

Yup, it'll go in the 2nd mini-PCIe slot (for the WWAN card or mSATA SSD)

Unfortunately, no. The 2nd mini-PCIe slot is used for either the WWAN card or the mSATA SSD....both isn't an option

that's incorrect.   the bluetooth module mounts in its own dedicated USB socket under the palmrest along the front edge.   having (or not having) a bluetooth module is completely irrespective of having a WWAN or mSATA card.

since the hardware maintenance manual is causing some confusion, you might want to watch the official service videos and see exactly where the BT module resides and how to install/uninstall it.

    X220 Service Videos

    click 'FRU Removals/Replacements' then 'Bluetooth'.

If you add a bluetooth module aftermarket, you won't get the BT status light that's built into the bottom of the screen. Seems like they use a different screen assembly, the BT and non BT models. I know it doesn't really matter to hav ethe blinking light but just FYI.
