I think the bios flashes messed up my cpu throttling, along with the cpu going up to 2.1-2.2 ghz (it seems like its overclocking itself at times) the throttling isn't working when on a/c. The clock speed on my T61 wont clock down when on a/c or a/c with battery. Without battery on a/c it'll stay at 1.2 ghz, I guess due to the 65w adapter I have but it won't throttle down to 800 mhz like it used to when on idle.

Anyone else experiencing this throttling problem?

I'm also worried about the 2.3 ghz overclock that it does sometimes, before I thought it was hibernate but now it does it every time the battery and a/c are both plugged in.
