I rented a room in this house and it turns out that the guy that owns the place has a friend that works for lenovo, and said he can get him to give me the employee discount if I needed it.

Is there a difference between the contractor price and employee price for those who have a EPP code?

CPP and EPP are the same.

Anyway, are you a contractor for Lenovo? ;)

Yes...at least the last time (a few weeks ago) when I compared they were the same.

I've been checking recently and the price difference between CPP and EPP compared to Lenovo.com has gotten a lot smaller. They've been slowly raising the prices on all their laptops.

I am not a contractor, but I don't know and why lenovo started sending me emails with my contractor login info. I have used it since to get what is usually a 15% discount.
