    Hello:

    I hate to make a big fuss over laptop sleeves and I know there have been several posts on the subject. However, though I've read most relevant posts, I still don't know for sure if a 13" laptop sleeve or case (usually made for MacBooks) would fit well for a X61S 8-cell battery laptop.

    X61S owners please speak up.

    X61s 8 cell - 10.5x9.3x1.3
    MacBook - 12.8x8.9x1.1

    It probably depends on the sleeve -- i.e. how tightly it fits the MacBook 13inch. The X61s is larger in two dimensions, but pretty close.
