Just wanted to see if anyone has a remedy to this problem. After about an hour of COD 4 my system just shuts off. I have tried numerous drivers from making my Quadro a Ge-Force to numerous different drivers from LaptopVideo2go. No Luck - any ideas/solutions. I didnt buy it to be a gaming computer but some performance would be great.

Might be a heat issue when it shuts off like that....run a gpu+cpu temp monitor to check.

As morphy said, if the unit just shuts off instead of locking up, I would think its heat related. To eliminate it being anything else, try running a cpu burn in program.
