I am thinking of buying the ideapad 330S 14 - Platinum for my son at uni, he has asked for something small and easy to carry around.

It comes with 128GB SSD and am wondering is it possible to replace with a different SSD, eg 256GB or 512GB ? Or is it soldered on the motherboard or otherwise impossible to replace?

From doing a search, it looks like you can replace the SSD in the 330s, or even add a 2.5" drive to it.

    Thanks!

I have also done a search and it seems you may also add another SODIMM if you wish.
