Try harder. Bring more solid arguments and facts, not just "I think", "maybe", "as if"...

Meh, CD Burners should be outlawed by the RIAA then because they can be used illegally. I hate the RIAA...

When the title of a thread, in a Thinkpad forum, is "Buyers beware of Lenovo laptops" you are going to get a high number of views. This does not mean that there is a large interest in this issue. It means that there is a large interest in something that sounded like it was relevant to Thinkpad owners.

I think this is something that people should be made aware of, but I don't appreciate the deception that was used to raise the awareness.

The "over 33000 views" I was referring to were from another thread, which has now been made a sticky:

    http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?t=52527

The title is meant to attract attention, not to deceive in any way. Once people open the thread they can see what the issue is about and decide if they are interested in the issue or not. As I said before, if this item was to become a sticky I would be willing to change its title (since by being a sticky it would already attract the needed attention).

Probably find out once they're in people hands.
