After a clean Windows 7 64-bit install, with all the Lenovo drivers and tools, I notice my brightness hotkey increments and decrements the brightness of the screen by 3 steps instead of 1 on each key press.

Anyone have an idea as to what could be causing this? I am running the latest available version of the hotkey manager.

Did you install the system interface driver and the hotkey driver in that order?

It's all in one package now for the x201s. Yes, they are both installed.
