    I just ordered the following configuration. I have a 200GB 7200RPM drive to replace the 80GB. I will purchase a pair of 1GB or 2GB sticks to upgrade the memory. I think I did pretty well. What do you guys think?

    I think you did pretty good there. $1400 with 2 year accidental not counting the extra adapter. I paid $160 for my 3yr accidental then but I think the overall discounts are better now and individual components are cheaper too. Did you use EPP?

    Excellent choice of the HDD and the amount of RAM. Aftermarket upgrades are so much better and very much worth it.

    I don't think you used any discounts or codes though.

    I used the USP1PAYPAL to save an additional $137.11. Plus the discounts by going through EPP.

    You have to be careful, if they find out the order will be canceled. Can somebody clue me into this Meyer fiasco somebody mentioned in another thread? This all happened last year right?

    If I remember and understand correctly, the Meyer incident was a case of a leaked employee's serial. This case of EPP usage has nothing to do with the Meyer incident.
