This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Boot T61 using built in Firewire port?

    I would like to boot my T61 from a dvd drive, but the only external DVD drive I have is IEEE 1394 Firewire. I do not see a boot option for this in the Bios, but was wondering if anyone knows for sure. Seems odd that it wouldn't.
