Hello:
My T61 6465-CTO is running dual=boot XP SP2 and Fedora; I am observing a most weird phenomena: Did not need bluetooth under windows so far until about a week ago.
Clicked on blue circle in system tray, all drivers were installed, bluetooth worked like a charm. After the first restart, I could no longer enable my wireless. Hardware switch, ThinkVantage software - nothing. Tried linux - both work just fine.
As soon as I perform a system restore under XP SP2, I get my wireless back OK but with a twist - the bluetooth is no longer working, neither under XP nor linux. It is as if the hardware remembers it is not needed / not installed and just keeps it turned off from bios level on?! Really, really weird.
Anyone had similar problems with T61? I already did once a full clean install of XP with latest drivers from lenovo site, I am starting to think there is some "smart" feature I don't know about...

try looking in the bios, because there is settings in there for both bluetooth and wi-fi, there should be anyway

Surely, before posting, I read the forum and I do have the latest BIOS installed + I poked around the IRQ settings from surrent IRQ 11 to Automatic and back to 11...
There must be something else... help, anyone?
Bluetooth OR Wireless: Never both; What is wrong?
