    Dear all,

i have an intermittent blue screen problem which happen randomly. I am not sure since when i had it nor since what program i have installed. So far that i can remember, it has happened for about a week.

The spec of the laptop is the same with signature. My guess is on the memory side, but i have already replace it twice.

Is there any solution? Any help would be very appreciated.

    Thanks

    Andrew

chill out anarti - it's just a computer , os arguments are so 90's... ;)

I'm 99% sure this is a driver issue, and not memory.

ndis.sys is your network adaptor driver, something (another driver) is causing it to crash, you should make sure that all your network drivers are up to date, and if you have any VPN virtual adaptors or anything like that - make sure those are up to date as well.

You can also upload your crash dump to the osr website which will analyze it for you and tell you exactly which driver is causing your problem:

    Instant Online Crash Analysis

Once you know which driver filename it is you can work out which device it's for and update the drivers or temporarily disable the device to see it it is the culprit.

There are plenty of pages on google that will show you how to generate a crash dump next time this happens. Holler if you need some help.
