    Hello guys,

I have a X1 Gen2 and the screen is bleeding. And the seller is telling me that this is normal. I don't think it is. Do you guys agree with me that this is not normal? 20141016_140320.jpg Thanks everyone. Sorry about the awkward title.

Light bleed happens. But if it bothers you, you should exchange it. However, the exchange may also have the bleed, for better or worse. It's an IPS thing.

Thanks for the response. I went to a microcenter store a couple of days ago and talked to the technician and a Lenovo rep happened to be there. They both said that is abnormal. I checked the laptops in store and none the the screen bleeding. I used to have an aspire V7 and my sister has a ux301la and I didn't see any type of backlight bleeding. The seller refunded me the money though. It is really ignoring when the laptop is 2000 and have that much of backlight bleeding.

Mine does this. It has gotten worse over time, unfortunately. I didn't notice it when the laptop was new.
