    Hi,

Has anyone played BioShock on a T61p? I'm considering getting one ( http://www.dabs4work.ie/productview.aspx?Quicklinx=4MH6 ), but I'd like to know that new games run well on it first. I don't mind not being able to run at the max resolution. 1024x768 would be fine!

I know the graphics card is pretty decent and I'm aware of the benchmarks, but it'd just be nice to have some reassurance from people who've actually tried newer games on the T61p.

    Thanks!

    Cool, thanks!

Looks like 1024x768 is the resolution to use...

I'd personally do 1280x800 instead of 1024x768, because 1024x768 is a 4:3 standard resolution whereas 1280x800 is the 16:10 widescreen resolution.

Well, what I said only would be if you have the 15.4". If you have the 14", go with 1024x768.

    That makes sense, thanks!

I'm always torn between having the screen expand or letting it render the pixels as they were meant to be. It's hard to beat the crispness of a game running in an LCD's native resolution.
