    So I'm looking to get a new laptop to take the place of my aging (but still very functional) T61p. Not surprisingly, I'd love to have something with the same great build quality so I'm looking into the T430. Being greedy, I'd also love to have something capable of running Bioshock Infinite. Doesn't have to be on max settings or anything, I get that these are not gaming laptops, but it'd be a nice bonus. Has anyone tried? Is there hope?

    Are you going to be getting the T430 with just Intel HD 4000 or the dedicated NVIDIA NVS 5400M? If the Intel HD 4000 then there are a number of YouTube videos demoing Bioshock running with that GPU and the answer would be it'll run, just not with high frame rates:

    Thanks for the link! I was planning on getting the 5400M. I guess it should be fine then.
