Do you have software on your computer that allows you to logon to specific sites based on Host address?

I have the same issue as well. I currently use Firefox 3 and it said the extension that the finger print reader software uses is not compatible with that version of Firefox. This could be why, but I'm not sure. I never got it to work consistently on Firefox 2 either (some websites worked, others didn't). This also happens with programs as well - the finger print software will ask to remember passwords for some programs but not others.

yeah the password manager software is pure crap. It's a disgrace. Doesn't even work with half of the websites, ie hotmail, facebook, most bank websites... It doesn't prompt to remember.

They really need to fix this.
