This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Anyone notice this.

    I refuse to buy direct from Lenovo with their slimmy business practices. I'll even pay more rather than deal with these guys again.

    So I was hoping to find an i7 8GB model somewhere and searched with google.

    The hit was on BestBuy and they listed every model (out of stock of course) but I thought it might be coming.

    The next day they were all removed.

    I wonder what is going on.

    I sure wish they would put a 1600x900 IPS screen on the more expensive thinkpads.
