    Best, cheapest place to buy an X200T 8 cell?

    So I just bought an X200T but the system comes with a 4 cell battery. I did a quick google search and come up with a few sites but I think I might just purchase a genuine battery via ebay for $135 shipped after cashback, ebates and ebay bucks but was curious if any of you guys have websites that sell good lenovo batteries for the x200T? Thanks in advance.

    New you would be sort of left with only the pricey options...but you could look at the thinkpads.com forum's marketplace.

    Are there 8 cell for x200t? I think there are 6 cells and 9 cells.

    The x200T uses a 4 and 8 cell battery that is specially designed to accomate the rotating hinge, serve as a textured handle, and NOT increase the height of the notebook. The 6/9 cell for the x200(s) is not compatible.

    Unfortunately, if you want an 8 cell you will most likely have to pay $130+. The x200T is a niche product, so there is a limited availability of replacement batteries (especially because it's only been out a few months).

    I have had good luck buying ThinkPad batteries from CalCellular in the past, but they do not have any x200T batteries at present.
