My Options are:
$199.99 Mushkin Enhanced MKNSSDAT240GB mSATA 240GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
$204.99 Mushkin Enhanced Atlas Series MKNSSDAT240GB-DX mSATA 240GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
$210.99 Crucial M4 CT256M4SSD3 mSATA 256GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
Which is better? Also is there anything else near $200 that I should consider?

The Crucial one is used by tons of people and I plan on buying that one. I hope this helps.

You're not going to get any noticeable real-world performance difference out of them. So it comes down to price.
And since the prices are all nearly identical, get a Crucial M4 256GB for $210.
The reason is because there are plenty of people who have bought & used a Crucial M4 256GB mSATA, and can vouch for the fact that it's a good decision when it comes to price, performance, and reliability. That's not to say that Mushkin (or any other brand) would be a BAD choice. Other 240GB / 256GB mSATA drives from other manufacturers will most likely work out just fine. But the fact that there is a greater user-base (with zero complaints) among people who use the Crucial M4 256GB mSATA drive gives it a slight advantage.
Personally, I'd need to see a drive that was about $170 - $175, before I consider buying it over a Crucial M4. -
What about the Plextor M5M ? It has the best performance out of these 4. Also, it's $199 on newegg.

Okay guys:
1) I've ordered a Y500
2) I've ordered a Crucial m4 256GB msata SSD
3) I have the Windows 8 Professional Iso + CD Key
I can just plug in mSATA and install windows 8 from a bootable USB, then format the 1TB hdd, and download all drivers from lenovo right?
