    Hi guys..

Just wondering what the best deal is if I want to order a Thinkpad T61 from Canada. So far, the best I've found is a $150 discount using the www.visaperks.ca promotion. Any other retailers (apart from www.lenovo.com/ca) I should be looking at?

    hi JiKuty:

two models are on sale at this moment.

I just ordered my T61 (766416U) from NCIX.com. The advertised price is $1,549.90, but I requested a Price Match and gave them the link posted above. So it became $1399.00. NCIX is located in BC, so there's no PST for me, since I live in Ontario. That also saved me some money.
    I Hope this helps

    Those are good prices.

I spent $200 more for the 17U in downtown Toronto last week.

I think you have to get their through Visa or some other affiliated company / program. Hence, the top of the page listing it as Affinity Program.

yes, I was directed to that page from visaperk.ca.
ironically, I don't own a credit card myself. So instead of ordering my T61 with visaperk, I bought mine form Ncix(request price match).
