So i'm reading online, the x220 is capable of housing a ssd and a hdd?

I just bought the x220 at lenovo's site. I currently have a vertex 2 and I've researched, places say that the ssd will not fit the x220.

So i have to search for a new SSD. Guessing the x-25 M

I'm sorta confused about the sdd combo. I didn't even know they made storage that goes in pci-e slots.

Any suggestions on what I should do? Would the 5400rpm 250gb drive i have be sluggish paired with the i5?

You can get the Intel 310 which use the pci-e slots.

Sluggish? it depend on what's your current setup. If you have a C2D and an SSD now, you will notice that it is a bit slower to do everyday job.

EDIT: Vinuneuro guess my previous answer is confusing. I meant to answer his last question about the 5400rpm hdd.
