after 8 months of usage my x61 battery started going crazy on me. When it shows that is 100% charged i unplug it and when it gets to 60-70 % drops dead in sleep mode. After I plug it in and resume windows it shows that the battery is 4%.

    Anyone had this problem?

Use a software like NHC to see the battery wear%.
