I am looking for a four cell battery for THnkpad x201s. Where is the best and most reasonable and reliable place to buy and how much should i expect to spend?

    Thanks, CN

i purchased a genuine 4 cell battery, about $40, from ebay (only buy from top-rated ebay seller)

the battery was manufactured in 2008, but never used, the cycle count is 0.

If you don't want to pay as much you could try looking at the outlet.

That is a good option. If you don't mind a possibly slightly-scuffed up casing, the scratch-and-dent batteries are a good choice. The cells inside have been replaced by Lenovo, just the casing itself is old.
