I have three questions that some of you may be able to answer;
- I'm concerned about my battery life. I ordered a 15.4", discrete graphics T61 laptop with 3GB of RAM, a 160GB 7200 RPM HDD and a 6-cell battery. How much battery life should I be expecting?
- How much should the above-configured laptop weigh? I'm guessing it's around six pounds, but to those who carry it: is it too much to be portable?
- I used UPS Ground Shipping and according to the website, it left Incheon South Korea a bit over 14-hours ago. It's not since updated, and I'm guessing the next destination is the United States. How long should I wait for it to arrive, as it needs to go through customs. Let's say it arrives tomorrow, how long should it take to go through the paperwork, leave wherever it's coming from (can someone tell me where in the U.S. it's going to arrive) and arrive in Houston, TX?
Thanks!

I guess no one can answer my questions?

From what I know:
1. I have a 14.1" ThinkPad T61 with discrete graphics and a 9-cell. I get about maybe 3.5 hours of battery life. So, as a safe guess, I'll say you'll get maybe about 3-3.5 hours depending on your power settings.
2. I don't think it's too much to be portable. My notebook weighs maybe around 5.3lbs and I don't think it's heavy at all.
3. You should've received an e-mail or some form of message giving you an EST (estimated ship time). I believe on average, it takes a couple weeks. There have been reports of it taking even 3 or 4 days. It shouldn't take too long. And oh yea, if you're tracking your shipment and you see that it's moving back forth from the U.S. to Asia, that's also normal; it's just going through some stuff with customs. -
I tested that exact configuration, considering buying it and at 95% the power meter displayed 2.5 hours on Power Saving with screen at 90%..You might get 3 hours with some tweaking
