How have your mileages been with the T60? I'm interested in both the 14" and 15" models.

I also have a question regarding the different cell batteries. I'm guessing the more cells the larger the physical battery is? Is it a direct linear relationship? So a 9 cell battery is 50% longer lasting than a 6 cell but also 50% larger in volume? What's the best balance between weight and performance?

In our review of the 15" T60, it lasted 3:42 on the nine cell. Figureing you'll get 50% less battery life on the six cell, 2:30 seems about right. For my T42, I can get about six hours with the nine cell and modular battery using medium settings.

wow... is it the core duo that sucks the battery?? I guess 3.5hrs is pretty good but that's with a 9 cell. what is it about the T42 that lasts so long?

I was getting a good 30-60 minutes under what the z60m 2ghz P-M was giving me on a 9 cell.
