I've had hibernation disabled for some time. Now that I enabled hibernation and edit the value in regedit from 0 to 1. I tried rebooting win7 but it'll give me an BSOD after windows logo.
I try to fix the problem via recovery but says it couldn't automatically repair problems.
I try to boot win7 cd from dvd driver, it won't work. Upon boot it asks to press any key to load from CD, then it sits there forever.
I can't access anything at all.
I can't go into Safe Mode even, only option I have is to Boot Normally or Go into Repair (which did nothing).
Any suggestions?

If the problem is truly caused by that change in registry, I'd recommend that you find yourself a OEM Windows 7 installation disc. If you do have such a disc that has recovery options, I'd suggest that you should follow this guide ( here) and open up regedit.exe again to restore that registry key back to its original value of 0. If this doesn't help prevent the BSOD screen, we can then conclude that this issue might not be caused by the hibernation, but by a recent hardware change (a new network adapter, video card, etc).

i noticed that in safe mode boot it hangs at classpnp.sys. i renamed it to classpnp.old as suggested but it hangs at disk.sys.
any suggestions? -
I doubt that BSOD can be because of a corrupted registry. Most likely it is because of your SSD. Crucial M4 had serious problems with BSOD and freezing after about 5,200 hours. Search the Crucial forum on "0x00000f4 error on M4".
I would start from updating the firmware for SSD. Can you access the drive from other PC? -
I cannot used the ssd anywhere esle. But I'm able to access its files via cmd prompt and copied files from the ssd to usb disk. -
1. Update firmware via bootable CD or USB stick:
HOWTO: Update SSD Firmware with bootable USB Stick - Crucial Community
2. See if it helps. Try to load windows in safe mode.
3. If it still shows BSOD after updating the firmware yet you cannot boot in safe mode, you have the only option to copy all your files and reinstall windows.
BTW, how long have you been using your SSD? Could it be close to 5,100 hours? -
I cannot access crucial's site to download the firmware. Is there a mirror or something? -

From their release update notes:
Release Date: 01/13/2012
Change Log:
Changes made in version 0009 (m4 can be updated to revision 0309 directly from either revision 0001, 0002, or 0009)
Correct a condition where an incorrect response to a SMART counter will cause the m4 drive to become unresponsive after 5184 hours of Power-on time. The drive will recover after a power cycle, however, this failure will repeat once per hour after reaching this point. The condition will allow the end user to successfully update firmware, and poses no risk to user or system data stored on the drive. -
