After I hibernate my laptop and i restart it, it goes through the loading screen, and when it's nearly done, it goes to BSOD and says something like "System Halt, Contact your Vendor"

It doesn't always happen, just sometimes. Any ideas what hardware could be at fault?

    I have a T61 with Vista Business.

It hasn't done it from a fresh restart yet. Just restart from hibernate.
